  • you for choosing our product. This Limited Product Warranty applies to the Lumen ("Product") manufactured and provided by Aerium Systems LTD. By using the Product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this warranty notice.

  • Warranty Coverage: Aerium Systems LTD warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and notify Aerium Systems LTD of the alleged defect within the Warranty Period. You may contact our customer support at Aerium Systems LTD to initiate the warranty claim process.

  • Warranty Remedies: If a defect covered under this warranty is found, Aerium Systems LTD will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or its components. The repaired or replaced Product will be covered by this warranty for the remaining duration of the original Warranty Period.

  • Exclusions and Limitations this warranty does not cover:

    • Damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, or improper installation or handling of the Product.
    • Damage or defects caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any damage that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
    • Damage or defects resulting from the use of the Product with incompatible or unauthorized accessories, software, or equipment.
    • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

  • No Other Warranties are applied, except for this Limited Product Warranty.

  • Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

  • Please retain your proof of purchase as it will be required for warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
